  1. Printing involves the following steps:

  3. 1. Set up your printer.
  4.  
  5. 2. In Browse mode, mark the entries you want to
  6.     print.
  7.  
  8. 3. Choose a layout from the Layout  submenu
  9.     under the Layout menu.
  10.  
  11. 4. Specify your page setup in the  Page Setup
  12.     dialog box under the File  menu.
  13.  
  14. 5. Select Print from the File menu.  Set the options
  15.     in the Print dialog box and click OK to print your
  16.     entries.

  18. To print double-sided pages or an InstaBook, follow the instructions on double-sided printing in the Address Book Plus manual.
